Complaints and Returns

In accordance with the law, every customer has a right to return and exchange products purchased at this store. In order to withdraw from the contract, a customer is required to fill in the return/exchange form and send all the contents of the received package (including extras) back to the following address:

Returned products must have no signs of usage. Otherwise the return  will not be accepted. The Customer will be notified with the reasons for rejection via email and the product will be sent back within 14 business days. The cost of delivery will be covered by GoldenFive.

In case there are no issues regarding the received product, the customer will be refunded a full amount to the bank account provided in the return/exchange form without delay and within 14 days from receiving the complaint. The cost of delivery will be covered by GoldenFive.
